Earn Up to 17x Ultimate Rewards® Points on Dining With This Clever Paze Stack

Toni Perkins-Southam

Paze (yes, the same Paze that gave us $10 back on $10 purchases before some of our favorite ways to use it disappeared) is back with another deal. And this time, there’s an opportunity to earn a killer 17 Chase Ultimate Rewards® points per dollar spent on dining.

As first reported by NextCard, Chase Freedom Flex® cardholders can stack three different earning opportunities to rack up rewards on eligible dining purchases from October 1 through December 31, 2026.

Here’s how to stack your rewards and make the most of this deal.

How To Earn 17x Points on Dining

The 17x earning rate comes from stacking three different offers:

  • 3x points: Standard Chase Freedom Flex® dining rewards
  • 4x additional points: Chase Freedom Flex® Q4 bonus category
  • 10x additional points: Chase’s Paze promotion

Total: 17x Ultimate Rewards points per dollar spent on eligible dining purchases.

That means a $100 qualifying dining purchase could earn 1,700 Ultimate Rewards® points, which is worth $17 when redeemed for cash back. If you have an eligible premium Chase card, you could get even more value by transferring your points to travel partners.

Not too shabby for just ordering dinner!

How To Take Advantage of This Deal

Unfortunately, you can’t just stroll into your favorite restaurant, order a burger, and expect 17x points, though. There’s some work involved.

First, you’ll need to activate your Chase Freedom Flex® Q4 bonus categories by December 14, 2026. You’ll also need to confirm that your card is eligible for Chase’s additional 10x Paze promotion.

Next, find a restaurant that uses Clover for online ordering. Rather than starting at Clover.com, go to the restaurant’s website and look for its online ordering page. If it’s powered by Clover, place your order there, select Paze at checkout, and pay with your eligible Chase Freedom Flex®. NextCard also has an interactive map on their site that is useful. A Few Things To Keep in Mind

Before you start planning three months of takeout, there are a couple of catches.

The Chase Freedom Flex® Q4 bonus categories share a $1,500 quarterly spending limit, while the additional 10x Paze promotion has its own $1,500 monthly spending cap.

Even after you’ve maxed out your quarterly bonus categories, you can still earn up to 13x on qualifying dining purchases, provided you have room under the Paze spending cap.

Bottom Line

Unlike the last Paze deal, this one doesn’t require hunting down $10 gift cards. You’ll just need to find a participating restaurant, order through Clover, and pay with Paze using your eligible Chase Freedom Flex®.

It takes a little extra effort, but earning up to 17x points on dinner? That’s a pretty tasty bonus.
