If you’ve been thinking about adding a business card to your points and miles strategy, this is a pretty incredible time to take a look at Chase. Several Chase business cards currently have elevated welcome offers, including some Chase is calling their “best offer ever.”
And remember, you don’t need a huge company with employees and an office to qualify for a business credit card. Many people with side businesses, consulting income, rental properties, online sales, or other small-business activity may qualify.
Here are four offers that have our attention right now:
This is one of our favorite no-annual-fee business cards, and right now Chase is offering $1,000 cash back after spending $8,000 in the first four months. For those of us who love points and miles, that $1,000 can be even more interesting. When you hold this card and also have an eligible Ultimate Rewards®-earning card, rewards earned on the Ink Business Cash® Credit Card can potentially be combined with those points, giving you access to Chase transfer partners.
The card also earns 5% back on the first $25,000 in combined purchases each account anniversary year at office supply stores and on internet, cable, and phone services. There is no annual fee.
The Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card also currently has its best offer ever: $1,000 cash back after spending $8,000 in the first four months.
This is the simpler option of the two no-annual-fee Ink cards because it earns an unlimited 1.5% back on purchases. There are no bonus categories to remember, making it an easy card for everyday business expenses.
Again, when paired with an eligible Ultimate Rewards® card, these rewards can become much more useful for points and miles travelers.
The Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card is currently offering 100,000 Ultimate Rewards® after spending $8,000 in the first three months. The card has a $95 annual fee.
Unlike the Ink Cash and Ink Unlimited cards, the Ink Business Preferred® earns transferable Ultimate Rewards® points. The card also earns three points per dollar on the first $150,000 in combined purchases each account anniversary year in categories including travel, shipping, internet/cable/phone services, and advertising purchases with social media sites and search engines.
For a business owner who can meet the spending requirement, 100,000 Ultimate Rewards® can go a long way toward a future trip.

You can earn a lot of points using this card if you have shipping expenses.
For someone with significant business spending, the Sapphire Reserve for Business℠ is also worth a look. Chase is currently showing an elevated 200,000-point welcome offer, making this one of the biggest Chase business card bonuses we’ve seen.
The spending requirement is much larger than with the Ink cards, so this won’t make sense for everyone. But if your business naturally has enough expenses to meet it without spending more than you normally would, 200,000 Ultimate Rewards® points is a huge addition to your points balance. And keep in mind that this offer gives you six months to meet the spending requirement, not three like with many other cards.
With four Chase business cards sitting at elevated offers at the same time, this is definitely a moment to take a look at your upcoming expenses and your overall card strategy.
Never spend extra just to earn a welcome offer. But if you have legitimate business expenses coming up and can comfortably meet one of these spending requirements, there are some amazing opportunities available right now.
Be aware that there has been an important change to the rules surrounding Chase business card welcome offers, particularly the no-annual-fee Ink cards. Chase now states that the new cardmember bonus on the Ink Business Cash® and Ink Business Unlimited® may not be available if you have ever had that card OR any other Chase for Business card without an annual fee.
That’s a pretty significant change. In the past, many points and miles enthusiasts opened multiple Ink cards over time and earned multiple welcome bonuses. This is especially important because the Ink Business Cash® Credit Card and the Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card are both no-annual-fee Chase business cards. If you’ve previously held either one, read the offer terms carefully before applying for another no-annual-fee Ink card.
Don’t assume that because Chase lets you submit an application, you’re automatically eligible for the welcome bonus. With these new restrictions, checking the specific bonus language for each card is more important than ever.
