Increased Welcome Offers on Two IHG One Rewards Credit Cards

Pam

Today, we have increased welcome offers on not one, but TWO IHG One Rewards Credit Cards.  IHG is my second-favorite hotel chain. (Have I mentioned that I love the Kimpton Brand?) The IHG One Rewards Traveler Credit Card and the IHG One Rewards Premier Credit Card might be calling your name!

By holding one of these cards, you have access to this cardholder benefit:

Redeem three nights, get the fourth night free when you redeem points for a consecutive four-night IHG® hotel stay. You can receive a fourth Reward Night free, redeemable at that same hotel during that same stay.

New York City

There are several hotels in the Big Apple where you could use points from these cards.

London, England

London is a popular destination for many of our readers. One welcome offer plus the points you’d earn from the spending requirement could get you two or three nights at one of these properties.

San Diego

If you are looking for a beach vacation, San Diego, California, has many great IHG properties you could stay at with the points you’d earn from either of these cards. I love the Kimpton and Indigo brands, so this one definitely got my interest.

Cancun, Mexico

Another popular destination for our readers is Cancun. I travel to Mexico several times a year to enjoy the beautiful beaches and wonderful weather (especially during winter in Denver).

Bottom Line

The latest welcome offer on the card_name or the card_name might be worth considering. IHG has a large footprint all over the world, so it isn’t difficult to find a place to use IHG points!

Planning to book an ihg hotel in Scotland. Looks like most are over 60,000 points a night but they do give you the option to use points and money. Do you know if these certificates can be used that way?

    • Pam says:

I’m pretty sure that is a no as you can’t top these off either – you could always call and ask though.

  2. Carole says:

Pam, why do you wish you had held off (or passed?) on this offer? Is it because you don’t find many properties you want to stay at for 60k or less?
