You Can Now Book Hyatt’s First-Ever All-Inclusive Grand Hyatt — and Park Hyatt

If you’ve been waiting for Hyatt’s newest all-inclusive resorts to open, there’s great news. Reservations are now open for both the Grand Hyatt Los Cabos Resort, Golf & Spa and the Park Hyatt Riviera Maya.
That’s pretty exciting news if you’re a Hyatt loyalist — or even if you’re not. While Hyatt already has a large all-inclusive portfolio through brands like Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Zilara and the Inclusive Collection, these are the first all-inclusive resorts under the Grand Hyatt and Park Hyatt names.
Two Luxury Brands, Two Different Experiences
Even though both resorts are all-inclusive, they cater to different travelers.
- Grand Hyatt Los Cabos is the larger property, with 301 rooms, including 57 suites and 42 swim-out rooms. There are 11 restaurants and bars, six pools, a spa and an Ernie Els-designed golf course. This makes it a great option for families or anyone looking for a full-scale resort experience.
- Park Hyatt Riviera Maya, on the other hand, is much smaller at 148 rooms. It’s located between Cancun and Puerto Morelos, and is designed with an elevated, more intimate experience Park Hyatt is known for.

You Can Already Book Award Stays
Reservations are now open for both resorts. Grand Hyatt Los Cabos is scheduled to open in December 2026, while Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is slated for a Feb. 15, 2027 opening.
Grand Hyatt Los Cabos is a Category E all-inclusive property, with award nights ranging from 35,000 to 75,000 World of Hyatt points. Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is a Category F property, with award nights ranging from 45,000 to 85,000 points.
If you’re a World of Hyatt Globalist, don’t assume your elite status goes to waste at an all-inclusive resort. While everyone gets meals and drinks included, you’ll still get perks like complimentary room upgrades, late checkout and bonus points on paid stays.
Why You Should Book Early
Brand-new Hyatt resorts often see strong demand, especially during their opening months. If you’re wanting to redeem your World of Hyatt points, booking sooner rather than later could help you lock in the dates you want before award availability disappears.
There’s another reason to keep an eye on your points balance, too. Chase has announced that some Ultimate Rewards-earning cards will soon transfer to World of Hyatt at a lower rate. If you’ve been planning to move Chase Ultimate Rewards® to Hyatt, now may be a good time to start thinking about your next redemption.
Bottom line
These are two of Hyatt’s most anticipated openings in years, and reservations are already live. If either resort has been on your radar, now’s a good time to start checking award availability and decide whether it’s worth locking in your stay.
