Bilt Rent Day Promo for May 2026

Bilt Rent Day is a monthly promotion from Bilt Rewards that happens on the first of every month. It gives Bilt members the chance to earn extra rewards, bonuses, and special perks. Now that more and more people are applying for the Bilt credit cards, we will highlight what you can expect each Rent Day.
Status-Based Transfer Bonus
For May, Bilt is offering up to a 100% transfer bonus to members based on their elite status when they transfer points to Avios loyalty program bookable across British Airways, Aer Lingus, and Iberia with a 1:1 ratio on May 1, 2026.
Key Details:
- Blue: 40% bonus
- Silver: 50% bonus
- Gold: 60% bonus
- Platinum: 75% bonus
- Platinum + upgrade: 100% bonus
- Bilt Cash Upgrade: Members can use Bilt Cash to temporarily upgrade their status for $150 in Bilt Cash and access a higher tier promotion. Members will have an upgrade offer of up to 100%.
- Note: Members can only access one tier up (i.e., Blue → Silver)
- Transfer bonus applies across all three airline partner programs: British Airways, Aer Lingus, and Iberia.
- Maximum transfer eligible for the bonus: 100,000 base Bilt Points total during Rent Day, regardless of how the transfer is split across programs.
- Members can transfer points on May 1 to receive the benefit.
Earn Double Points with the Bilt Cards
Members with the Bilt Blue Card, Bilt Obsidian Card, or Bilt Palladium Card will also earn accelerated points on their everyday spend (excluding housing payments) on May 1, 2026.
- Blue cardholders will earn:
- 2x points on everyday spend (regularly 1x points), up to 1,000 bonus points.
- Obsidian cardholders will earn:
- 6x points on their selected category of dining or groceries (regularly 3x points),
- 4x points on travel (regularly 2x points),
- and 2x points on other everyday purchases (regularly 1x points), up to 1,000 bonus points.
- Palladium cardholders will earn:
- 4x points on everyday spend (regularly 2x points), up to 1,000 bonus points.
The double points period starts at 12:00 AM ET on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on May 1, 2026.
