A review of the Andaz Delhi is something that I’d never thought I’d be writing. Me in India? Preposterous! But sometimes you find yourself going places you never thought you’d see. And here is my review of the Andaz Delhi, if you want to head to India, too.
The Andaz Delhi is a Category 2 hotel and we paid the standard price of 8K Hyatt points one night and the 9.5K points for peak pricing for two additional nights. We also used a suite-upgrade award on those last two nights and were given a complimentary suite upgrade on our first night before our tour of Indian, Bhutan, and Nepal began.

The Andaz was about about 15 minutes from the airport. We arrived about 3:00 am after landing at nearly 2:00 am and going through immigration.
All of our bags went through a metal detector before we entered the lobby. It was very quiet at that time of night, but we were greeted warmly and were immediately impressed with the beautiful lobby despite our sleepiness. We had been given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was much appreciated.
Our mere 8K Hyatt points and the complimentary upgrade gave us a spacious area complete with 1 1/2 bathrooms, a kitchen table, living area, mini bar with complimentary drinks and snacks, and views of the beautiful grounds.
The service was superb in every way. At the expansive Globalist breakfast buffet, numerous staff met our every need. They offered to-go beverages and containers for to-go snacks, too.
One employee mentioned the pollution in India and got us some face masks so we’d be more comfortable. Everywhere at the hotel, we were greeted by employees, and they were all so gracious with their service.
We had some Indian treats awaiting us as the country had been celebrating Diwali the day we arrived. There were multiple large bottles of water available, some fresh fruit, and the complimentary local snacks and sodas you would expect at an Andaz.
AnnaMaya Foodhall is where we had breakfast. There were numerous local and American options available, including a pancake/waffle station and an egg station. It was delicious and the service was superb.
The beautiful grounds had a really nice pool, and there was also a fitness center.
