Credit Cards that Offer Priority Pass Lounge Access

Using an airport lounge before a flight or during a layover takes the sting out of traveling. And, yes, I’ve been known to get to the airport early just to eat and relax in an airport lounge! Some may call me crazy, but I call it peaceful, easy traveling. Today I want to talk about how to access Priority Pass lounges. Currently, they boast 1,900+ lounges and experiences worldwide. Several credit cards give free access to these lounges for you and two guests, while others may only let you bring in one guest. I have used many Priority Pass lounges for eating, relaxing, surfing the internet, and even showering!
Credit Cards with Priority Pass Lounge Access
Some of these cards offer unlimited Priority Pass lounge access, while others offer a limited number of visits. No matter what your card offers, it will change your travel experience.

You will need to enroll to receive these benefits once you are a cardholder. That can be done on each card’s website.
Having Priority Pass lounge access makes these annual fees much more tolerable. Normally, it costs about $30-$50 to access an airport lounge. If you bring two guests, that is worth over $100. I usually go into a Priority Pass lounge about eight times a year and often take friends or my spouse. This feature is worth about $300/year to me. I must say that my friends and family are always so, so happy to join me in an airport lounge! If you don’t have lounge access through a credit card, you can purchase Priority Pass membership separately. But memberships can get quite expensive and don’t even include a guest.
A Few of the Priority Pass Lounges I’ve Visited
Bangkok, Thailand
There are eight Priority Pass lounges at the Don Mueang International Airport. Usually, I pick one in the terminal I will be leaving from. If there are several, I will read reviews and then choose. This lounge, the Coral Executive Lounge, was really cute and clean, with great food.

Taipei, Taiwan
I’ve been able to access this Priority Pass lounge twice! We had layovers on our trip to Vietnam and on a trip to Thailand. When you have traveled 12+ hours, it is sure nice to get off the plane, stretch your legs, and get something to eat before you continue on. It is even nicer when it is free. This particular lounge had an industrial feel and served Asian food. We noticed too late that showers were available, but getting a shower would have been really nice!
This Priority Pass lounge has been a stop for me on two occasions.
London, England
One of my daughters lived in London for several years, so I traveled there quite often. I have accessed a few of the Priority Pass lounges there. Once I had to wait for her to pick up her child from school before she picked me up. I took advantage of a shower and ordered breakfast while I was waiting.

Vienna, Austria
Another layover stop at a Priority Pass lounge was during my trip from Denver to London, when I had a layover in Austria because I was on Austrian Airlines. Time for a shower, a change of clothes, and breakfast, and then I was ready for my last leg of the trip.

Bottom Line
Besides the points, one of my favorite benefits of credit cards is access to the airport lounges. In my opinion, Priority Pass lounges internationally are much better than domestic ones. They are also one of the few perks that still get a family into a lounge.
Priority Pass has over 1,900 locations, and you may be able to enroll with cards you already have. If not, consider getting a card that lets you enter. Your airport experience will never be the same.
