Rove Miles launched in 2025 as a new way to earn transferable rewards on travel and everyday purchases. Now, the program is adding quite a few more ways to earn.

On Aug. 28, Rove launched a new mobile app, Rove Dining, instant-earning gift cards, in-store shopping offers, and a revamped hotel-booking platform. Some of these additions are pretty enticing, too—especially if you’re already earning Rove Miles.

Rove Launches a New Mobile App

First up, Rove is officially mobile. The new Rove app is now available on iOS. There’s also a public Android beta open.

The app puts most of Rove in one convenient place. You can check your mileage balance, find nearby earning opportunities, buy gift cards, shop, and book travel right from your phone.

 

Rove Dining Adds Another Way To Earn Miles

Rove Dining might be the most interesting addition of the bunch. Link a credit card to your Rove account and you’ll automatically earn miles when you pay with that card at a participating restaurant.

Rove Dining launched with more than 2,000 restaurant options across 20 major U.S. markets, with some offering 12 miles per dollar or more.

Even better, Rove Dining rewards stack with the points and miles you earn from your credit card. Pay with a card that earns bonus points on dining and you can double dip on the same meal.

Earn Miles With Gift Cards and In-Store Shopping

Rove also launched a gift card marketplace featuring brands such as Airbnb, DoorDash, and Lowe’s. Miles post instantly, which could be particularly useful if you’re just short of an award and need to top off your account quickly.

But wait, there’s more! Rove is rolling out card-linked in-store offers, while new Chrome, Safari and mobile Safari extensions can help you spot opportunities to earn while shopping online.

Rove Revamps Its Hotel Platform

Last but not least, Rove has completely rebuilt its hotel-booking platform, adding tens of thousands of properties and improving earning rates.

Rove also expanded its Loyalty Eligible rates, which can let you earn Rove Miles while still earning hotel points, earning elite-night credits, and receiving applicable elite benefits.
