Venture Business Card Review

Pam

One of the most common concerns we hear is, “What happens when I run out of credit card options?” Trust us, you won’t. The credit card world is constantly evolving with offers changing, rules shifting, and new cards being introduced all the time. We’ve been at this for a decade, and we were just approved for a newly rebranded card! The Capital One Venture Business Card is the card, and here is our review!

The biggest reason we like this card? It earns 2x miles on almost everything. No tracking rotating categories. No trying to remember which purchases earn more. Whether you’re paying for ads, inventory, taxes, office expenses, or everyday business spending, those miles add up fast.

The welcome offer on this card can also be very valuable, especially for small business owners with regular expenses. A large bonus can help jump-start your next family vacation, business-class flight, or luxury hotel stay. We love flexible points currencies, and Capital One miles have become increasingly useful, with lots of transfer partners and travel redemption options to choose from.

Depending on the offer available when you apply, you can earn a huge stash of Capital One miles after meeting the spending requirement. Those miles can be transferred to travel partners or used toward travel purchases, making them incredibly flexible.

Travel Perks

One thing we really like about the Venture Business card is that it still offers helpful perks without the high annual fee that many premium travel cards charge. The annual travel credit through Capital One Travel can help offset part of the fee right away, and perks like TSA PreCheck® or Global Entry reimbursement make travel days smoother. We also love that employee cards are free, making it easier for business owners to earn miles faster on everyday spending. While this card doesn’t include airport lounge access, it keeps things simple while still offering enough benefits to feel worthwhile year after year.

  • $50 annual travel credit through Capital One Business Travel
  • Up to $50 in annual statement credits for eligible software and advertising purchases
  • TSA PreCheck® or Global Entry credit (up to $120 every four years)
  • Unlimited 2x miles on every purchase
  • 5x miles on hotels, vacation rentals, and rental cars booked through Capital One Business Travel
  • Ability to transfer Capital One miles to travel partners
  • Hertz Five Star status
  • No foreign transaction fees

Bottom Line

This card comes with a lower annual fee than many premium business cards while still offering strong earning potential. That can make it a great option for people who want to earn travel rewards without paying for a long list of luxury perks they may not use.
